Attendance at Martini's studio is undoubtedly a justification, at the level of chronicle, of the mythical transfigurations in which Mirko's imaginative exaltation takes concrete form. Unlike, however, what happened in the great Venetian master, the escape is total and categorical, giving ancestral suggestions a primary value, not an allusive one.
